We had so much fun during out Easter Egg hunt in the library. It was too rainy and cold to go outside, so we brought it inside! Thank you again to some of our rooms moms for helping with the eggs and to the families who donated all the little items!
We had a great time at the Beverly Performing Arts Center! We loved seeing the play, "Cinderella" and the actors in the play were sooo funny!! Thank you again to all chaperones who attended, we couldn't do it without you!
Celebrating St. Patrick's Day and working with our 4th Grade friends on why we are so lucky!
We had a St. Patrick's Day Parade in our 1st floor hallway! Students pre-k to 1st grade marched down the hall and sang Irish songs with Mrs. Barnick!
We celebrated Black History month and talked about strong African American leaders in our country such as Rosa Parks, President Barack Obama, and Ruby Bridges!
We did a science experiment for dental health month and took a poll to see who thought the hard boiled egg would change color in the Cola. 13 friends said it would change color and 2 friends didn't think it would. Our results showed that the egg did change color and we learned that having sugary pop is not good for our teeth and causes cavaties!
Our local dentist, Dr. Algenio, visited us for dental health month! We learned to eat less sugary foods, and more fruits and vegetables to keep our teeth shiny and healthy!
